- A plain English explanation of what failed and why
- An exact written quote for the repair, before we touch a single part
How the Credit Works
Say your washer stops draining and we quote the repair at $300. Approve the repair and your total is $300, not $300 plus the fee. The $89 you would have paid for the visit is absorbed into the repair price, which is why we tell customers the diagnosis is effectively free when we do the repair.
If you decide not to repair, you pay only the $89, and you keep the diagnosis and the written quote. Either way, you leave the visit knowing what is wrong and what it costs to fix, with zero pressure.
One Fee for HVAC and Appliances
